This is the second phase of the Novi project after completing the Master Bath, Hall Bath and Laundry Room remodels. The client wanted to upgrade the fireplaces in the Living and Family rooms and provide a "state of the art" media system. After consulting an AV firm, we collaborated to provide a place for all the components that can be easily accessed behind custom cabinets. The fireplaces were replaced with new inserts that provide a remote means to operate and control the flame and heat.

The Living Room was upgraded with new AV equipment, a larger TV and fireplace insert along with a custom mantel and surround. Adding wainscoting gave the room a new "game room" look.
